Chail is a hill station located in Himachal Pradesh at an altitude of 1883 meters above sea level. This hill station is nearly 40 km from Shimla. This place is surrounded with pine and deodar forest. As obvious, this place is pleasant in summer months and chilly in winter. The major attractions of this hill station are Chail Sanctuary, cricket ground surrounded by forests and Chail Gurudwara.

The beautiful hill station of Himachal Pradesh, Dalhousie, is located 1954 meters above sea level. This hill station is one of the most famous hill stations of India. The British were the proud founders of this place in 1854. The five famous hills top namely Kathalagh, Potreyn, Terah, Bakrota and Bhangora surrounds this hilly area. DainKund Peak, Bakrota Hills and Lohali Village are some of the major attractions of this place.

The capital city of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla is located at a height of 2205 meters. The beautiful boundaries of Shimla make it all the more beautiful. The hilly area of Himachal Pradesh was formed in 1960 with the merging of two different districts Lahaul and Spiti. Kunzum Pass at an altitude of 4551 meters is the entrance point from Lahaul to Spiti. This place is connected to Manali via Rohtang Pass.

Thaneek Pura

This is a famous hill station located in Una district of Himachal Pradesh. This hilly area is located near the Chintpurni Temple. Famous temples like Radha Krishna Temple, Baba Balak Nath Temple are located in this region.


Located in the Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh this hill station is also a Nagar Panchayat. This place is famous because Jogindernagar is the only place in India having three hydro electric power supply stations. This town is beautifully surrounded by mountains covered with Pine and Deodar forests. Haulage-way Trolley is a cable wire that goes from 4000 feet to 8000 feet on a railway track is the center of attraction of this place.
