Una district of Himachal Pradesh is located in the western part of the state. It shares common boundary with Hoshiarpur District of Punjab. The terrain is plain with small hills. Una has been identified as a main industrial hub of the state of Himachal Pradesh. Over the years, the district
has turned into a transit town for travelers going to the famous city
of Dharamsala or the Himalayan region. Una is home to the "Killa", which
is a historical fort and an ancestral home of the descendants of the first guru of the Sikhs, Guru Nanak.
